STEP 1: Convert Input(s) to Base Unit
Force on Piston Pin Bearing: 27000 Newton --> 27000 Newton No Conversion Required
Length of Bush on Piston Pin: 65 Millimeter --> 0.065 Meter (Check conversion here)
Bearing Pressure of Piston Pin Bush: 10.76 Newton per Square Millimeter --> 10760000 Pascal (Check conversion here)
STEP 2: Evaluate Formula
Substituting Input Values in Formula
dp = Pp/(lp*pbp) --> 27000/(0.065*10760000)
Evaluating ... ...
dp = 0.0386045181584215
STEP 3: Convert Result to Output's Unit
0.0386045181584215 Meter -->38.6045181584215 Millimeter (Check conversion here)
FINAL ANSWER
38.6045181584215 38.60452 Millimeter <-- Inner Diameter of Bush on Piston Pin
(Calculation completed in 00.004 seconds)

Piston Pin Assembly

The piston is attached to the connecting rod through a hollow, hardened steel tube known as the wrist pin or gudgeon pin. This pin passes through the small end of the connecting rod and allows it to pivot on the piston.
There are two methods of securing the wrist pin. A semi-floating arrangement has the pin fixed into the connecting rod, while free to rotate in the holes in the piston. A fully-floating wrist pin will be free to rotate in both the small end and the piston and will be secured in place using circlips, or Teflon buttons in the ends of the pin. For a fully-floating wrist pin, there will be replaceable bushing inside the small end hole. The wrist pin may be slightly offset laterally rather than exactly centered on the piston. This is known as an offset wrist pin and is used to cut down on the side-to-side movement of the piston within the cylinder.

How to Calculate Inner Diameter of Bush on Piston Pin?
